While a degree of trepidation is understandable, it is also understood that the time for transition can no longer be deferred. Indeed, from a technological evolutionary perspective* the movement from 3D to 5D is required now.
The purpose of the instant endeavor is to offer a forum for discussion, with a goal of building a bridge that will lead to the adoption of a process to initiate open and robust discussion.
There is an urgent need to develop documentation and other requirements to facilitate an awareness of the infrastructure that must be in place to support the commencement of this engagement.
