The working title of this project is BIRD, an Acronym for Business Intelligence Research Development. BIRD is a confidential project pertaining to Actionable Intelligence.
BIRD involves a combination of real-time analytics, rapid information processing, and access to relevant information and intelligence, offering real-time insight and analysis regarding some of the legal, regulatory, policy, and operational issues arising at the extreme far edge of R&D.
The objective is the production of intelligence that is actionable, in real time. In this context, actionable refers to intelligence that is sufficiently coherent to be acted upon with confidence by the Intended Audience, within the required time frame.
The development environment is envisioned as Closed Collaborative.
There is an expectation that Interested Parties will establish a method to facilitate Open and Transparent communication, followed by collaborative development, resulting in the introduction of an Advanced Hybrid Model.
Sometimes described as an Avatar, this configuration combines Human data with Near-Infinite Capacity and Superhuman Speed to produce highly realistic digitized renderings of Selected Content, offering on-the-ground visibility, real time review, and professionally-moderated commentary.

The platform and functionality underlying the development of BIRD was originally named TeleTRAC, referring to telecommunications taxation, regulation, and compliance. TeleTRAC refers to our professionally curated database containing the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the telecommunications industry, for all carrier types, for all 50+ U.S. states, and over 12,000 local jurisdictions. A version of TeleTRAC was sold to a tax calculation software development vendor in 2021 prior to their emergence from Stealth Mode.
