The term "engagement" includes employment and related contracts, contractor or subcontractor arrangements and related agreements, professional services arrangements and related agreements, including legal services and consulting.

Engagement refers to communications, comments, feedback, and interactions. The term extends to requests to analyze data, synthesize information, predict outcomes, or generate an output. Engagement includes communications and interactions on professional engagement sites and social media platforms. 

"Human professional" is defined to include the name, image, and likeness of the human professional, and any derivative products, services, or works based on the intellectual properties, assets, components, or contributions of the human professional. In the case of derivative products, services, and works, these DEMARCATION terms apply irrespective of whether such products, services, or works identify the human professional or attribute the human professional as the source of such products, services, or works.
