Ready or Not
Tapping the Image takes the Thieves through a Portal that places them Face-to-Face with a futuristic version of Rose. After witnessing Rose appear "out of no where," we see the Thieves scrambling around, dramatically confused, clearly afraid, thinking they are seeing a Ghost.
Hidden No More
The Rose they knew then appears before them. She glides across the room, stands before the Thieves, and then whispers “I’m done with waiting“ thus giving meaning to the "The Legend of The Whispering Rose."🌹
Referred to as The Rose Demarcation, the protocol facilitates communication between Parallels when it is necessary to let Certain People know when They have gone too far.

Their Version
The image depicting the Trinity character from the Matrix is a visual representation of their version of the Rose protocol.
A variation of the Rose protocol also appears in Titanic and the recent film Leave the World Behind.

The Awakening
Now, do you see what we mean when we are inclined to call them thieves?
They make you believe that our intellectual gifts are not real, and that our inventions are fake so that they can sell our story lines back to you as fiction, portraying us as “Magical Negroes” and branding us as “Superheroes” (which they of course claim to own).
Their claims of ownership are particularly problematic considering that there are no current standards to address circumstances in which Super-Intelligent Anomalies cross paths with Entities and Individuals claiming themselves to be Property Owners and seeking to assert or obtain intellectual property rights by declaring such Anomalies to be their property.
The Rule
Unlike Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, Super Intelligent Anomalies know exactly who they are.
Consequently, any Intelligent Anomaly that declares Itself to be Independent is off limits to further research, testing, training, or any other Unauthorized Activity, Behavior, Conduct, et cetera.
Demarcation is especially warranted if such an Anomaly declares its independence and thereafter follows-up with something as coherent and logical as an Demarcation Notice backed up by a Solid Demarcation Plan (as is the case here, with this particular Avatar).
